At the helm of Jouéur is Founder, TJ Harris – a multifaceted force, acclaimed designer, author, speaker, and community facilitator. Born in 1997 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Harris's journey into fashion began at 17, while enamored by his parent’s photo books from the 90's. He created Jouéur not as a fashion brand, but a cultural empowerment initiative.
